Here you can view all visitors that have purchased tickets or passes through the Tyg system.
Within this module you can
- View the customers account details and information
- Edit details (address, postcode or phone number or email address etc)
- Change the customer user name and password
- Remove the visitor from the system
To select any of these options, simply click 'Options', and select your required field
- If you need to find/edit a customer account, you can find the details by doing a filter/search (their postcode is the easiest way of finding them)
- At the top of the screen, click the filter/search button that will open up a drop down list for you to enter known details
- The system will then display relevant results based on your search criteria
- You can then simply update the information, reset/renew a username if required after confirming the customers address or any other security details available on the screen
